Certified Personal Trainers & MMA Private Trainers assist members in reaching their fitness goals. You will provide individualized guidance and programs incorporating resistance training, cardio, proper food intake and nutritional supplementation. MMA Private Trainers also instruct members on the skills involved in their individual disciplines. The following are required for Certified Personal Trainers: CPR certification, NASM CPT. MMA Private Trainers must also have Martial Arts, Wrestling or Boxing experience.
