WE’RE ALL STRONGER TOGETHER
Supporting the health and fitness of our community and a commitment to the safety of our members and team members remains a top priority.
Over the past several weeks, we have worked hard to put together a comprehensive and phased approach as our gyms reopen.
We’ve implemented new measures to further support a clean, safe and welcoming workout environment. Help us keep Training Different! Please follow the new guidelines and procedures in your local gym.

ENHANCED CLEANING PROTOCOL
A thorough cleaning plan and sanitation plan is in place. Our enhanced cleaning protocol increases the sanitizing of equipment and high-touch areas used by both members and team members. This includes use of top-grade disinfectant products, wiping down high-traffic areas every hour or more, daily sanitation of equipment and machines, and more.
Gym hours and class schedules have been modified to allow for daily deep cleans. Sanitation Stations are located throughout the gym and we ask members to make use of them regularly. Please utilize the provided hand sanitizer and wipe down all equipment with disinfectant spray after use.
JOIN THE FIGHT BY KEEPING YOUR DISTANCE
We are taking careful steps to facilitate social distancing. Please respect social distancing guidelines and your fellow exercisers. Stay six feet apart. We have added directional signage and floor markers to guide you through the gym. Some equipment, amenities, and areas of the gym may be closed to support social distancing. Class sizes have been reduced and advance class registration is now required. Locker space has been reduced to facilitate physical distancing within the locker rooms.
ADDITIONAL SAFETY MEASURES
Our comprehensive approach to prioritizing a safe workout environment includes new measures. These may change through the reopening phases and as we continue to monitor best practices and governmental orders and guidelines. Gym hours and class schedules have been modified to allow for daily deep cleans. A mandatory towel policy has been implemented. You must bring a clean towel and use during your workout to wipe your face and body. We have Sanitation Stations throughout the gym. Make use of these by cleaning equipment after every use and applying hand sanitizer often.

NEW CHECK-IN AND CLASS POLICIES
To protect our members and team members, traffic flow protocol for entering and exiting the gym and a handsfree check-in process have been implemented. At our corporate gyms, your temperature will be taken with a touchless thermometer before you can check-in. If you have an elevated temperature, you will not be allowed to enter.
Class capacity has been reduced to support social distancing. You must register in advance for a class and can do so up to 7 days in advance using the UFC GYM app, available for Apple and Android devices. The need to reduce class capacity means fewer spots are available. No-showing may cause someone else to miss out on their chance to work out! You must cancel your registration at least one hour in advance of class to avoid a $5 no-show or late cancel fee. chance to work out!
CODE OF CONDUCT
Be mindful and considerate of others! Maintain 6 feet of social distancing, clean equipment after each use, and if you aren’t feeling well or have been in close contact with a sick person please stay home. We are all stronger together and we encourage you to follow CDC guidelines.
TEAM MEMBER SAFETY
The health and safety of our entire community, including our team members, remains a priority. Our team members will be provided with face masks and encouraged or required to wear them. Plexiglass shields are available to provide an additional protective barrier for team members. Temperature checks will be taken prior to each shift, consistent with government orders and guidelines.
