THE RECIPES
PUMPKIN PIE PROTEIN SHAKE
Ingredients:
8 oz almond or coconut milk
½ cup of canned pumpkin
1 serving of vanilla protein powder (Try dotFit's Whey Smooth Vanilla Crème!)
½ medium banana
¼ tsp of pumpkin pie spice
¼ tsp of cinnamon
CARAMEL APPLE PROTEIN SHAKE
Ingredients:
½ - 1 cup of water or unsweetened vanilla almond milk
½ cup applesauce
1 serving of vanilla protein powder
½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
½ tsp caramel extract
½ cup of ice
¼ tsp sweetener of choice *optional
Sprinkle cinnamon to taste
GINGERBREAD PROTEIN SHAKE
Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 serving of chocolate or vanilla protein powder
1 large sliced banana (tip: use a frozen banana. Peel and slice it before freezing.)
½ cup frozen cauliflower
1 tbsp cashew or almond butter
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp blackstrap molasses
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ground ginger

8 oz apple juice
1 serving vanilla protein powder
